Binding site map of the rapamycin ternary complex 📋

Congratulations to Hope, Chia-Fu, and Hung-Yi on the publication of their binding site map of the rapamycin ternary complex in J Am Chem Soc! We found that rapamycin sits in two conformations in the binding site and derived a 9 Å labeling radius for future modeling studies.
